This Italian phrase is generally attributed to Michelangelo and translates to “Still, I am learning.” Learning isn’t an event, it’s a process. As adults we learn the most through our experiences and with every project my goal is to create and facilitate the learning process and create experiences that focus on outcomes and observable performance improvement.
